Please note that we do not do 1 hour parties
and $500 is our minimum. Thanks in advance!
Event Sales Policy
At booking, a contract will be completed and signed by both parties.
A a non-refundable $150 deposit is due when you book your party.
A $100 refundable cleaning fee will also be charged at the time of booking - this will be refunded once your party is over and you have cleaned the area as agreed.
The remaining balance must be paid in full the day before the party.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 10 calendar days from the date of your party, you will receive a refund of your cleaning deposit.
If you cancel less than 10 calendar days from the date of your party, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the cleaning deposit.
There are no refunds for rain. Your party will go on rain or shine, unless you choose to cancel with your guests.
All times include set-up and tear-down/clean-up time.
