The Full Story

We are Delores and Tony Terrell. Originally from Georgia, we moved to Fort Payne in 2022. 

We have fallen in love with this area and look forward to many beautiful years here!

We have been raising goats, cows, and a variety of other critters for almost 20 years.

                                    We were previously a USDA licensed petting zoo and pony ride provider. We                                                                    are getting our farm ready to do farm parties again! Since helping kids                                                                           (and adults!) learn about all animals is still at the heart of what we do, it                                  fits right in!

Our three kids are grown and we have a 14 year old Boxer named Brodie and

a 3 year old Boston Terrier named Dolly. Neither of these puppers have ever

met a stranger! We also have three cats - Jazzy, Cricket, and Cheddar.

Of course, can't forget the farm animals! From llamas to mini pigs, we have

many critters to love on - and they love to love you, too! 

 

Whether you are looking for a new baby to add to your existing farm or you are just

starting out, we are here for you! We raise turkins (aka naked neck chickens),

registered Nigerian Dwarf goats, miniature Jersey/Zebu cows, miniature

                       horses and mules, and miniature paint donkeys.

Our Mission

Our Mission at Terrell Farm is to share our love and knowledge of animals with children and adults who may never get to experience the joy of farm life.

Events Sales Policy:

  • At booking, a contract will be completed and signed by both parties.

  • A a non-refundable $150 deposit is due when you book your party.

  • A $100 refundable cleaning fee will also be charged at the time of booking - this will be refunded once your party is over and you have cleaned the area as agreed. 

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full the day before the party.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you cancel more than 10 calendar days from the date of your party, you will receive a refund of your cleaning deposit. 

  • If you cancel less than 10 calendar days from the date of your party, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the cleaning deposit.

  • There are no refunds for rain. Your party will go on rain or shine, unless you choose to cancel with your guests.

  • All times include set-up and tear-down/clean-up time.

Animal SALES POLICY:

Please note that all sales are final and deposits are non-refundable. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we do not take responsibility for goats after they leave our property. However, we do guarantee goats to be healthy when picked up and you are encouraged to have any goats leaving our farm vet-checked. We can provide that service at an additional cost. We can provide references. We reserve the right to retain any babies born to us.
